Let the Jack and Jill puppets sing Christmas songs to your kids this holiday season with this fun song and skit. Kids LOVE puppets and Jack and Jill will soon become two or their favorites.
Preschoolers love seeing the Jack and Jill puppets sing Christmas songs during my new Christmas program called, “O Bethlehem, O Bethlehem.” These cute little siblings are such a fun addition to my chapel times that kids now ask, “Are Jack and Jill going to be here today?”
Today, I want to share with you my newest song and skit for “Jack and Jill” which will hopefully inspire you to bring out your own puppets to delight your children.
My “Jack and Jill” puppets were given to me by a good friend. They had been collecting dust in his storage unit and he said I was welcome to have them. Since that time, I and the kids have been loving their fun songs and antics.
Do you have a couple of puppets that you can name “Jack and Jill?” If so, add this song and skit to a little practice and you will have a great addition to your Christmas celebration.

(Jack and Jill are humming “Jingle Bells”)
Do you guys hear someone singing “la-la’s” to “Jingle Bells?” I hear it too. They sound like they’re having lots of fun. Oh, I know who it is! It’s my friends Jack and Jill. Hold on everybody, let me go get them….
Wow! Bravo! That was a great high note, Jill!
Jill: Thank you, SL, and Merry Christmas!
Jack: Yeah! Merry Christmas, SL!
SL: Merry Christmas to you guys! Boys and girls, can you say Merry Christmas to my friends Jack and Jill. (Wait for response.)
Jill: Don’t you just love Christmas time?
SL: I do love Christmas. I especially love singing Christmas songs.
Jack: Like “Jingel Bells”?
Jill: Or “Silent Night”?
Jack: Or “jingle Bells”?
SL: Or “Deck the Halls”?
Jack: Or “jingle Bells”?
Jill: Or “O Come All Ye Faithful”?
Jack: Or “jingle Bells”?

Jack: Can we sing “Jingle Bells”?
Jill: That’s a great idea, SL! What should we sing first?

SL: How about “Deck the Halls”?
Sing: Deck the Halls
SL: OK, what song is next?
Jack: “Jingle Bells”?
Jill: How about “Silent Night”?
