Bio

Kathy Vincent is the director of the performing ministry, The Scripture Lady, and has been traveling around Southern California for the past 15 years ministering to preschoolers and elementary aged children with the Word of God through different thematic presentations such as “The Fruit of the Spirit” and “The Wordless Book”.

Through toe-tapping music and eye-catching props, Kathy makes Bible memory a blast! Having served for 2 years on the Board of Directors for the CEF Greater Long Beach Chapter, she is now a consultant for CEF and has produced 8 CD’s for them as well as her own products including Scripture Song CD’s and Bible Review Games.

Kathy is a regular seminar speaker at various conventions and offers her services as a children’s performer and seminar speaker to both churches and schools.

She and her husband attend Yorba Linda Friends Church.

Statement of Belief
Since Kathy loves music, she would like to present her statement of belief through the song, Creed, by one of her favorite Christian artists, Rich Mullins.

Creed
2 Peter 1:15-21, I Peter 3:8-4:11

I Believe in God the Father, almighty Maker of Heaven and Maker of Earth
And in Jesus Christ His only begotten Son, our Lord

He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate, He was crucified and dead and buried

And I believe what I believe is what makes me what I am
I did not make it, no it is making me
It is the very truth of God and not the invention of any man

CEF
Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is an amazing international ministry which The Scripture Lady is extremely proud to be a part of. CEF’s goal is two-fold:
1) evangelize children with the Word of God
2) teach teachers how to evangelize children with the Word of God
